A Map of Panem - I tried to be as accurate as possible!
I really feel like this isn’t accurate. I always thought that 13 was to the west of 12 because historically, that’s where nuclear power has been made in the states, or possibly across the Appalachian mountains to the east, and that’s why they are so isolated from everyone else. And there’s no way that the agriculture district would be in the deep South in my opinion. It would be in the farm belt in the Midwest. And I envisioned the Capital being in California.
I thought that the Districts actually coincided with where those things were produced in the United States in the old days.
